Effective Date: This Privacy Policy applies from 14-October-2026 to anyone who signs up for the Solutions or signs an agreement with Lidgen on or after that date. For customers who accepted an earlier version, this Privacy Policy takes effect on 28-October-2026, and the earlier version applies until then.
This Privacy Policy describes how Lidgen, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Lidgen," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our website, platform, and services (the "Solutions"). If you signed an agreement with Lidgen that names another Lidgen entity, references to "Lidgen" in this Policy include that entity as well.
1. Information We Collect
Account Information: Name, email, company name, billing details (processed via Stripe), and login credentials.
Solutions Data: Information you upload to the platform (e.g., ICP criteria, campaign templates) and performance metrics (opens, clicks, replies).
Connected Accounts: If you connect a LinkedIn account or a mailbox to the Solutions, we access and process the data needed to run and track your outreach on your behalf, such as profile details, connections, invitations, messages and replies. We process this data only to provide the Solutions to you, and you can disconnect an account at any time, after which we stop accessing it.
Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and time spent on the platform.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected data to provide, maintain, and improve the Lidgen Solutions; process payments and prevent fraud; analyze anonymized usage patterns to refine our outreach algorithms and deliverability engines; send updates, newsletters, and targeted offers; and enforce our Terms of Service and comply with legal obligations.
3. Data Enrichment & B2B Lead Data
Sources: We aggregate business contact information from public directories, authorized databases, and legitimate business sources. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you acknowledge and agree that Lidgen does not verify, warrant, or guarantee the legality, permissibility, accuracy, provenance, consent status, or lawful usability of any data source, contact record, audience segment, or recipient list, whether sourced by Lidgen, obtained from third-party providers, or uploaded, supplied, selected, or instructed by you.
Purpose: Data is processed solely for B2B commercial purposes. We do not collect sensitive personal data (e.g., health, political views) unrelated to professional contexts.
Disclaimer: Lidgen disclaims all warranties regarding the accuracy of third-party enriched data. You are responsible for ensuring your use of this data complies with local privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use essential cookies (required for login and security) and analytics cookies (to measure site performance and usage). You can manage cookie preferences via your browser settings.
5. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your private customer data. We share information only with service providers (cloud hosting, payment processors, and email and outreach infrastructure providers necessary to deliver the Solutions), where required by law or to protect our rights, and in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Depending on your jurisdiction and the laws applicable in the relevant target market, you may have the right to access, review, correct, update, or request the deletion of your personal data, subject in each case to applicable legal limitations and our retention requirements, including in relation to active subscriptions. You may also opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link or replying as instructed in such communications. These rights may arise under applicable data protection and privacy laws, including, by way of example, the GDPR, the CCPA/CPRA, and, where applicable, Israeli privacy laws, including the Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981, as amended (including Amendment No. 13), and relevant guidelines and directives of the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority.
